Source content: Language in which the original document being translated is written.
Target content: Language into which the text of the original document is being translated.
Finished Translation: Comprehensive and polished rendition of the document translated from one language to another.
Exact Translations is a translation company located in Bryan, Texas, operating both online and physically.
Exact Translations guarantees to provide the client with high-quality translation services delivered by certified, competent, and extensively trained professional translators possessing profound knowledge and experience in the translation industry.
Exact Translations employs a nuanced pricing structure, taking into account both per-word and per-page charges, with rates tailored to the unique characteristics of each project. The overall cost is further influenced by the nature and intricacy of the source content.
To furnish an accurate quote, Exact Translations requires access to the source content in advance, ensuring a thorough understanding of the material and enabling a precise quote for the client.
Exact Translations will ONLY charge in US dollars.
Payments will ONLY be accepted through Exact Translations' bank account, by check, or in cash.
Exact Translations issues quotes free of charge.
Upon the submission of the source content, Exact Translations – in a reasonable time – provides the client with a precise quote detailing the cost for the completed service upon delivery as long as the client does not request additional service later.
Should the client request additional services post-quote approval, the quote will be modified, and the final price will be adjusted accordingly.
It is the responsibility of the client to promptly notify Exact Translations if their documents require notarization by a notary public prior to printing. Failure to do so will result in a reprinting charge, as the documents must be printed again to meet notarization requirements. Furthermore, an additional service fee will be included in the invoice to cover the expenses incurred for the trip to the notary public's office.
It is the client's responsibility to submit a clear, high-quality scanned picture or copy of the source content to Exact Translations either by mail or email.
The client must submit a written affirmation expressing approval of the quoted price to Exact Translations' email.
Upon agreement on the quoted price by the client, the client is committed, and withdrawal is NOT permissible. Any cancellation must be initiated within a 20-minute window from quote approval. Subsequently, should cancellation occur beyond this timeframe, the client is obligated to compensate for the work in progress, calculated based on the segment identified in Section Number 3 of this agreement.
Payment will be processed after the completion of the finished translation is delivered to the client. The client also has the option of paying beforehand. At this juncture, the client is legally obligated to fulfill the payment.
Exact Translations retains the right to refuse issuing a quote or offering translation services if the source content includes content that, at the discretion of Exact Translations, is deemed offensive, obscene, against the law, or otherwise inappropriate.
Exact Translations exclusively provides national shipping services. If the client requests this service, a shipping fee will be applied.
Individual clients are obligated to settle the bill immediately upon retrieval of the finished translation. The translation will only be delivered after payment has been made.
Businesses and corporations will be given a 30-day window for payment after receiving the finished translation. Failure to settle the bill within this timeframe will result in a 5% fee for each day of delay.
Translation jobs are NON-refundable.
The client may contact Exact Translations within 8 business days of receiving the finished translation to report any errors or omissions, which will be rectified free of charge.
While Exact Translations commits to delivering the finished translation within the agreed-upon timeframe, exceptions may be made for justifiable reasons. In such cases, Exact Translations will promptly communicate the reasons to the client.
Prices and fees for translation services are subject to change over time, indicating that similar documents may have varying prices if requested on different dates.
Exact Translations will not assume responsibility for typographical errors, omissions, or illegible words found in the source content. This implies that Exact Translations will translate the document exactly as presented in the source content, regardless of potential impacts these errors or omissions might have on the finished translation.
Exact Translations will not bear financial responsibility for any damages or losses incurred during the shipping of the source content by the client or the shipping of the finished translation by our company.
Exact Translations promises to handle all information provided by the client with strict confidentiality and will not disclose it to third parties without the prior consent of the client, except for owners, administrators and/or subcontractors of Exact Translations.
Exact Translations reserves the right to edit and update these Terms and Conditions at any given moment.
Exact Translations is not responsible for the client’s production, advertising, sale, or distribution of the intellectual property of third parties without their previous authorization, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, and copyrights found in the source content and, consequently, the target content.
The client also agrees to absolve Exact Translations, its owners, administrators, subcontractors, and/or successors from any legal and financial responsibility, including suits and claims, that may arise from violating this agreement and the infringement of the preceding segment identified as Section Number 26.
This agreement will be regulated and interpreted in line with the laws of the United States. Any disagreements will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
All content written on this page is the exclusive property of Exact Translations. Exact Translations reserves all the intellectual rights to it. Any use, copy, distribution, sale, or publication without prior authorization from Exact Translations is punishable by law.
